Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

How long will delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 3-4 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and/or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (particularly in the event of a new shipment or sale), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Processing time will then be 5-6 working days maximum.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Your order status will stay On Hold until the order has been prepared for shipping.

Once the order has been shipped, status will change to Processing.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you do.

Can I pickup an order from your office?

Yes, you can. Please choose the Office Pickup option on the website when checking out.

When can I pickup my order?

You can pickup an order as soon as you place an order with the pickup option on the website. You will not receive an email when the pickup is ready as all books are in the office already.

Books will be reserved for 4 days only. If you are a Rehab resident, orders will be reserved for 1 day only.

Our working hours are as follows: Sun-Thu from 11am to 4pm. Fridays and Saturdays are off.

I found a title I want on your Instagram page but I cannot find it on the website. Is it available?

If it's not on the website, then it's probably out of stock. Books that are out of stock disappear from the website for a better user experience.

How can I know if this title is a paperback or a hardcover?

Please check the Additional Information tab in the product page for more information on the format of the book.

Do you ship internationally?

I'm sorry, we only ship inside Egypt.

Do you have Credit Card payment?

We do not have credit card payment on the website. Cash on delivery only.

You can pay via credit card if you pickup from the office.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
