Delivery Information

Books shall be shipped to the customer within 48 hours from confirmation of order receipt by Cherry Blossom Books. Orders shall be packed for shipment prior to delivery to the customer. The following Shipping Rates will apply:

1. New Cairo                                                           5 EGP
2. Cairo                                                                    10 EGP
3. Giza & 6th of October                                        14 EGP
4. Other Egyptian Governorates                          EMS fees* + 4 EGP packing
5. Outside Egypt                                                     EMS fees* + 8 EGP packing

EMS= Egyptian Express Mail Service

*EMS rates are as follows:

Normal mail within Egypt for delivery within 4-5 days: 10 EGP/Kilo.

Express mail within Egypt for delivery within 2-3 days: 15 EGP/Kilo.

Express mail outside Egypt for delivery within 2-3 days: as per actual rates.

A delivery notice via email will be sent to the customer to confirm the status of delivery of his/her order. All orders shall be subject to the Return and Refund Policy stated in the footer below. Orders within New Cairo, Cairo, 6^th of October and Giza Governorates in Egypt will be hand delivered by a Cherry Blossom Books representative. All other orders outside these areas will be delivered via Express Mail within 2-3 working days from receipt of a confirmed order.
